The Listening Post is a way to create more learning opportunities especially for young people, and the blind and disabled in economically disadvantaged communities in Brasil.

The idea is to create a community asset that connects listeners to online audio databases of literature and books in general. One of the main goals is to get people to use their imagination in seeing things, in their own way. In our current world AI driven world, people are being programed to see the world in particular ways. It is a constant bombardment of approved visual images, that create inherent bias in what is beautiful, and what is the standard. People across the globe are getting a predetermined view of the world. What we are striving to do with The Listening Post, is to enable people to see a world as their mind determines it.
